Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Gets Release Date

Uncharted: Lost Legacy has finally been given a release date and price. It will be released in North America on August 22, 2017 with a price of $39.99 USD and $49.99 CAD.  Europe will have their opportunity to get their hands on the game one day later.

This report was confirmed via Naughty Dogs official website. The spin-off will feature a new protagonist, which also happens to be a fairly popular character in the original series, Chloe Frazier.

Here is what Shaun Escayg had to say about the new installment.

“We’ve been hard at work since revealing Uncharted: The Lost Legacy at PSX building a story and an experience that joins a new protagonist, fan favorite Chloe Frazer, with all of the hallmarks of an Uncharted adventure.”

To go along with the announcement, a new cinematic trailer was released which you can check out below.

To top things off Naughty Dog also announced that if you pre-order a copy of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy you will receive a free digital copy of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy for PS4.  Anyone who purchases Uncharted: The Lost legacy on the PS store will also receive “an Uncharted: The Lost Legacy PS4 theme designed by Truant Pixel.”  For all of those Uncharted fans that have been pining for more information, this should be very exciting news.
