In an announcement made via Xbox Wire, it was revealed that Xbox Gold members would have their choice between Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year Edition, Oxenfree, Hydro Thunder Hurricane, and Battlefield 3. Let’s take a look at exactly what you will be looking forward to next month.

Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year Edition.  (Sept. 1-30)

Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year Edition includes ten additional cars for you to collect, race, and customize. 16-player multiplayer is also a feature within Forza Motorsport 5, so there will be plenty of chances to test your skills against opponents. Forza Motorsport 5 was one of the biggest hits for the Xbox One when it launched back in 2013, and is considered to be one the best games to ever come from the series. Don’t miss your chance to add this title to your library from September 1-30.  ($39.99 ERP)

Oxenfree (Sept. 16-Oct. 15)

Oxenfree is a supernatural mystery graphic adventure video game developed and published by Night School Studio. You will take on the role of a teenager, Alex, on a trip to a local island. Crazy supernatural events start to unravel through your trip, which leaves you to discover the mysteries surrounding the island. Oxenfree will be available to download from September 15 until October 15. ($19.99 ERP)

Hydro Thunder Hurricane (Xbox 360, Sept. 1-15)

Hydro Thunder Hurricane is an arcade style racer that features multiple varieties of steamboats, unique themed courses, and plenty of obstacles to make things interesting. This game released in 2010 and was a popular game for the Xbox 360. Get your hands on the Hydro Thunder sequel from September 1-15. ($9.99 ERP)

Battlefield 3 (Xbox 360, Sept. 16-30)

To top things off with Septembers’ Games with Gold is Battlefield 3, a first person shooter developed by EA Dice and released in 2011. Battlefield rocks the Frostbite 2 engine, which was cutting edge technology at the time, delivering enhanced visual quality, massive destruction, and dynamic audio. If you are familiar with the Battlefield series or new to the game altogether, this is a must get for Xbox 360 owners in the month of September. ($19.99 ERP)

There you have it! Four games for FREE during the month of September with Xbox Games with Gold. These are some good titles comparatively to previous months with Games with Gold.
