Assault Android Cactus, is now available on the Xbox One. Assault Android Cactus is an arcade-style twin stick shooter from the developers Witch Beam. Assault Android Cactus will support Xbox One X enhancements, where the game will run in native 4K at 60FPS.
In Assault Android Cactus, The Genki Star space freighter is in trouble and it is up to Junior Constable Cactus and her friends to save the ship from renegade robots. Assault Android Cactus includes 25 levels as well as five boss encounters. Once players complete all 25 levels, they can take part in new modes, such as taking all five bosses on at once or fighting waves of endless enemies. Players also have the option to play in first person mode, or gain an A.I. partner after completing all 25 levels.
“The spirit of our game comes from a love of the arcade culture we grew up with,” says Santana Mishra, director, Witch Beam. “Now Xbox One owners will get to experience Cactus’s non-stop action in glorious 4K HD on the Xbox One X.” Assault Android Cactus is now available on the Xbox One for $14.99, as well as the PS4 and PC.
