Sea of Thieves is Out Now!

The highly anticipated Rare title Sea of Thieves is available now! This treasured online game puts the player in the shoes of a pirate in a vast open space with thousands of islands to pillage. Players can set sail with three buddies, strangers, or by themselves. With a team of four, each mate can handle different parts of their ship. When foes threaten the sea, you can defend yourself by slinging cannonballs at them, or by launching yourself to the enemy ship to deal with them using hand-to-hand combat. Of course, sailing and fighting are one part of the ceaseless voyage of looting in dark and dangerous caverns is the crux of the game.

Find where “X” marks the spot and dig out that glorious treasure chest. Be careful, though! Skeleton soldiers will rise from the sand wanting your heads off of your shoulders. As you collect your bounty, you can choose which adventure you want to do next. In Sea of Thieves, there is no kind of instruction, just immerse yourself in the world. So far, first impressions of the game have been glowing like a shiny pair of doubloons. No reviews have been yet recorded, but plenty of players have tested several betas and alphas and pre-alphas, so the community is your best source of information.

Sea of Thieves is available on Xbox One and PC for the price of 60 dollars. Have you tried Rare’s latest game? Have you liked it so far? Please let us know in the comments below and remember to follow us on Twitter if you so wish.
