No Man’s Sky Coming to Xbox One with Latest Update

Today, Hello Games, announced a new update to their popular game, No Man’s Sky. This will be the 4th major installment in the game and is being called No Man’s Sky Next. They have also announced that No Man’s Sky, and all of its previous and future updates will be coming to the Xbox One. In 2016 the game was originally launched only for PlayStation 4 and PC, but Xbox One users will finally be able to get in on the fun. However, the update will not be coming until “later in 2018.”

No Mans Sky

If you are unfamiliar with No Man’s Sky, it is an adventure, science fiction game. You are able to explore the galaxy, planets, and lifeforms until your heart is content. With an adventure around every corner, fly through space with no limits. Sean Murray, the founder of Hello Games, said, “Each update for No Man’s Sky has been more successful than the last,” so there is no doubt that the latest installment will be great for all players!

No Man’s Sky’s original launch didn’t come without drama. After fans had backed the project for 2 years, the initial release was less than stellar. Fans complained that Hello Games did not give fans what they had promised, causing a lot of people to want their money back. After a few months of fan complaints and bad PR, Hello Games announced an update for the game, called the Foundation Update. This helped settle things down a bit after their rocky start, and it is nice to see that they are now back on track.
