Blizzard Launches Overwatch Workshop

Overwatch players can now access a new Overwatch Workshop on the PTR exclusively on PC, where different scripts can be used to set up rules for game types and characters. In the latest developer update, Jeff Kaplan of Blizzard details the new features in the robust new mode, which he says is aimed at “power users” who have experience with other scripting programs. Overwatch Workshop will be available in the custom game browser more widely after it’s done testing in PTR. Overwatch is coming up on its third anniversary and is currently going through its Storm Rising event which ends on May 6, 2019.

If you would like an in-depth tutorial on how you can use Overwatch Workshop and what it does, you can check out the full player manual, with step-by-step instructions, here on Overwatch’s official website. Have you had a chance to use the Overwatch Workshop yet? If so, let us know what you think in the comments below!
