Netflix to Announce New Games at E3 2019

In an unprecedented move, Netflix announced that it will step foot into the gaming industry by announcing new games at their E3 Coliseum panel, hosted by Geoff Keighley. While Netflix has launched interactive experiences in the past such as Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, it appears they plan on publishing full-fledged video games based on their Netflix Originals IP. The previously announced Stranger Things video game (which was announced at this year’s Nindies Showcase) that ties into Season 3 will see a return to the spotlight, but the company hinted at “more to come” at the panel.

Netflix has plenty of franchises to choose from that would make for worthy video games such as The Dragon Prince, Luke Cage, or The Umbrella Academy. What video game adaptations would you like to see Netflix announce? Please let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more E3 news and updates from Sick Critic.
