Infliction Console Announcement Trailer – PAX West 2019

Developed and published by Caustic Reality and Blowfish, Infliction is an interactive nightmare experience currently playable on Steam. The title is also being released on Ps4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch later on this year.

This game takes you on a journey into all of the dark secrets of a fractured home as you wander through the remnants of a once perfectly happy family. Along the way, the player will read letters and journals, listen to voicemails, and put together clues to completely understand horrible events that led you to your current predicament.

On top of that, what horror game would be complete without a twist? While the player is hunting for clues and discovering items that unlocks new paths, you have to try to do everything possible to avoid the malevolent presence inhabiting the residence. Hide under tables or beneath beds and harness light sources like camera flashes to stun the spirit and temporarily evade its pursuit.

For more information, you can check out our video or check out their website. If any of you like horror games, let us know what you think of the trailer in the comments below. Are you able to survive long enough to reach atonement?
