Romancing SaGa 3 Remaster Released Everywhere

Romancing SaGa 3 was released exactly 24 years ago, on 11/11/1995. To celebrate this arbitrary anniversary, publisher Square Enix has released a remaster of the classic RPG for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox One, and Windows, available right now on all platforms. Romancing SaGa 3 is the sixth game in the SaGa series, and allows you to choose one of eight protagonists to play from and experience a unique story in their shared world, where every 300 years the land is threatened by the “Rise of Morastrum”. Every 300th year, every child born dies, save for one 300 years ago and another 300 before that, and the world waits to see what’ll happen this time around.

The remaster comes with beautifully updated graphics, a new dungeon to explore, new scenarios for the characters, and a new game+ for replaying the game. Eight characters with their own routes and stories seems quite hefty, but Romancing SaGa 3 is available for only $28.99, and will be 20% off until December. This is the first time the game has made it to the West, so now’s a perfect time for a new generation of gamers to give it and the series as a whole a try.
