A tweet from Insomniac Games’ official Twitter account announced the news earlier today. The tweet reaffirmed that the game will be releasing worldwide on September 7th, as well as thanking PlayStation and Marvel Games for their support on the project. The tweet also included one of the best uses of a meme this year.
