Codemasters has graced us with a new trailer for DiRT Rally 2.0, which features the FIA World Rallycross Championship events, including eight all-new tracks and four different classes of rallycross cars at launch.
“The partnership with Codemasters gives us the chance to inspire the next generation of World RX drivers through our engagement with Codemasters’ vast gaming community, said Paul Bellamy, Senior Vice President of IMG Motorsports. “With the release of DiRT Rally 2.0, which features eight FIA World Rallycross tracks, we are able to provide players with more world-class rallycross content than ever before.
DiRT Rally 2.0 will also highlight more World Rallycross circuits and vehicles through their post-launch seasonal content, giving players plenty of future content and high-speed action months after release. Combined with their eight-player online sessions, you can test your skills on the road and claim dominance over Rallycross.
“Working so closely with IMG and World Rallycross has enabled us to create our most accurate World Rallycross experience. Working with official reference data from tracks, having great relationships with race teams and close access to the incredibly talented drivers gives us amazing insight into this really exciting and accessible sport. We are extremely pleased to have eight of the World Rallycross tracks in the game, with more to come in the post launch service.” said Jonathan Bunney, SVP of Publishing at Codemasters.
DiRT Rally 2.0 is gearing up to be one hell of a content packed release when it hits shelves on Feb 26, 2019 for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, Xbox One X and Windows PC via Steam.
