Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan coming to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Bandai Namco has announced they are adding Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan as playable characters to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, which is slated to release in the Americas in 2020 for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC per an official press release. Gematsu had previously translated this reveal prior to the official announcement from a post by Ryokutya.

With the confirmation that Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan will all be main playable characters, as well as support characters, this title should have a little more depth than previously noted when they announced it at E3 2019. However, these characters will likely only be playable through different portions of the game. But that isn’t the only surprise Bandai Namco decided to release.

Goku will have support players such as Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha, because what is Kakarot without the original Z fighters? “Additionally, we all know adventures are always better when shared with friends, and, as such, Goku will also be joined by his friends Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamcha in DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT.”

Look forward to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot launching sometime in 2020.
